Stunning and rare dining Table, very well designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s. It’s a very fine item, both the structure as well the basement are characterized by a unique curved shape design, made using precious materials such as hardwood finished with brass details, and fixed on an embossed basement made of green marble from the Alps. The table is in very good condition of the period and it’s ready to use, the wooden surfaces have been finished with shellac polishing, and the wood sub-base of the marble, with its perimeter border in brass, has been completely renovated. Vittorio Dassi has been one of the most important Italian designers and manufacturers of the Italian Mid-Century Modern period, all his items are very stylish and charming, always well designed and finished with valuable materials.
